I have upgraded to Windows 10 only to find that the Edge browser will not support Silverlight web sites. I downloaded IE 11 64 bit and the install runs about one second and says that IE 11 is now installed and that I must restart. After restart it's not there. To find IE11, type Internet Explorer into the search box at the bottom of the screen until it appears in the list of search results. Now right-click on it in the search results and select Pin to Start or Pin to taskbar as you want.
